Account Deletion

If you would like to delete your account and all associated personal data from Elato, please follow the instructions below.

How to request account deletion:

  1. Send an email to support@elato.in
  2. Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request
  3. Include the phone number associated with your account in the email body.

Once we receive your request, we will process the deletion of your account and securely remove all your personal data (including profile details, addresses, and order history) within 30 days.
